Due October 30 (Saint Essay, vocab)

Your assignment is to write a wonderful 5 paragraph essay about a Saint.

INTRO:
hook sentence(s), get the reader interested!

Thesis statement  (NCFCA peeps - this is like a roadmap)

CONCLUSION:

restate (briefly) the topics of each body paragraph
clincher sentence:  
"The most significant/important thing to remember about Saint __________ is ___________.

Our introductory and concluding paragraphs are bare bones this week. Let's get the structure - the bones - right. We can add details and more interest to them in later essays.


PLEASE do the work to prepare your topics (brainstorm like we did in class).
Create a serious KWO to guide you and record your research -- writing it afterward is 
completely unacceptable.
